Overview
Outfox Financial is a production-ready corporate website I designed and developed for an Australian financial advisory firm. The site serves as their primary digital presence, showcasing their services — retirement planning, superannuation advice, insurance, and investment strategies. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, it features a component-driven architecture with Tailwind CSS for a clean, trustworthy visual identity. The site is fully responsive, SEO-optimized with structured data and Open Graph tags, and deployed on Vercel with edge caching for fast load times across Australia. I worked closely with the client to translate their brand values into a digital experience that builds trust with prospective clients.
Challenges
- •Creating a design that conveys professionalism and trust in the financial services space while remaining modern and approachable
- •Optimizing Core Web Vitals for excellent SEO performance, especially LCP and CLS on image-heavy service pages
- •Building a content structure flexible enough for the client to understand and request updates easily

- •Developed a clean visual language with a muted color palette, professional typography, and strategic use of whitespace to communicate credibility
- •Implemented next/image with responsive sizing, lazy loading, and priority hints on above-the-fold content to achieve consistently green Lighthouse scores
- •Created a modular component system with clearly named sections, making it straightforward for the client to point to specific areas during content revision cycles
